How To Take

How To Take

Please read the entire directions before consuming and follow the tolerance assessment protocol.

Assess your tolerance first by mixing ½ serve (1/2 scoop with 630ml of cold water and consuming it 30 min before your daily workout. Once tolerance has been assessed, you can increase to 1 serving (1 scoop) in 1260ml of cold water before the workout. Maintain an adequate state of hydration. Do not exceed 1 scoop per day. Consume no more than 15g mixed with 1260ml.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of order date. We offer express tracked pre-paid returns for a AU$23 fee (deducted from final refund) or self-postage returns at own cost.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
