Domestic Returns: Domestic returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date for a refund or store credit. Once the label has been created, you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier to receive a refund. After 14 days, the return label will expire, and you will need to contact Customer Service for a new return label. In such cases, the refund will be issued as store credit towards a future purchase.

Domestic returns will incur a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. However, if you select store credit, the return shipping fee will be waived. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Additional Returns Guidelines:

  • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and liners still attached. If you ordered Shapewear or an item without an attached tag, please return it with the original packaging.
  • If you are returning multiple orders, do so separately to avoid processing delays of up to 8 business days from the first refund issuance.
  • If your order was purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the same gift card.
  • We ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Please note that most sale or clearance items are considered final sale.

International Returns: International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. Read more here.
