Orders & shipping

I’d love my order now. Can I pay later?

Absolutely. We work with AfterPay for Australian, New Zealand, United States and United Kingdom residents. We’re working on it for other countries, so please stay tuned.

All orders can be returned within 30 days.

Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

I want to try something on. Can I visit a Ella Vari store?

We’re so sorry, we’re currently a digital-only store. However, sign up to our newsletter to be kept informed of when we can special in-person sale events. We might have one happening near you soon.

Do you ship everywhere?

Almost everywhere. However, if you’re unsure, or need help checking out your order email us at hello@ellavari.com.au or DM us on social media. We’re here to help.

I’m super excited about my order. How can I track it?

Trust us—we’re so excited for you to receive it! Once we’ve shipped your order we will email you your tracking information, so keep an eye on your inbox for alerts and updates.

We’ll also be in touch after to check-in to see how much you’re loving your new Ella vari pieces, so don’t forget to let us know when our feedback form arrives.

The item I want is out of stock. What are my options?

The good news is we have a team dedicated to re-stocking popular items within a few weeks of them selling out. Sign up to our newsletter to get notified when what you’re after is back on our (virtual) shelves.

I made a mistake on my order. Can I make a change?

Accidentally put down the wrong address? Or ordered the wrong size? Our packing team processes and packs orders at lightning speed (to ensure your new favourite dress arrives in time for your event) so once an order is placed we can’t change details. However, we will do whatever we can to help so email us at hello@ellavari.com.au or DM us on social media and we’ll see what we can do.

Can I exchange an Item?

Absolutely, we understand these things can happen. Simply ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached and no signs of obvious wear. Unfortunately we cannot return sale items or do direct exchanges. However, check on our returns policy in full here or email us athello@ellavari.com.au.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most out of our services and save time in the future.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember. Remember to keep your password safe and never share it with anyone.
