Win $1,000 of Ella Vari Clothing — Terms and Conditions

1. Entry. To enter, sign up to the Ella Vari email list via the entry form on ellavari.com.au during the Promotion Period. Entry is free. No purchase necessary. One entry per person. Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

2. Promotion Period. The promotion opens upon publication of the entry form and closes 11:59pm AEST on 31 August 2026. Entries received after the close will not be accepted.

3. Prize. One winner will receive Ella Vari clothing of their choice to the value of AUD $1,000 (based on regular retail prices at ellavari.com.au). The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Any difference between the prize value and items selected will not be paid out.

4. Draw. The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries on 1 September 2026. This is a game of chance; skill plays no part in determining the winner.

5. Notification. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize may be redrawn.

6. Privacy. By entering, you consent to joining the Ella Vari email marketing list. You can unsubscribe at any time. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not sold to third parties.

7. General. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry not in accordance with these terms. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or Google.
